We are excited to introduce YOUTH FORWARD at Miracle City Church, a mentorship program designed to support the personal, spiritual, and academic growth of young ladies and gentlemen ages 10-18. Our mentors are committed to guiding students on a journey that strengthens their faith and character and nurtures a deep connection with God, ensuring their overall development.
YOUTH FORWARD encourages authentic personal connections that lead to meaningful experiences. For our high school seniors, this journey culminates in a GRAND COTILLION, a celebratory event where they can proudly showcase all they have accomplished and raise funds for their future steps. This event is a jubilant celebration of their commitment, growth, and achievements, offering them a sense of accomplishment while being celebrated by their community.
The YOUTH FORWARD curriculum changes each year to ensure a holistic impact of excellence. This year’s focus will be on:
OCTOBER: Self-Esteem and Career Exploration
NOVEMBER: Financial Basics
DECEMBER: Relationships and Communication
JANUARY: Health and Fitness
FEBRUARY: Diversity
MARCH: Leadership
Our program runs from October to April. Each mentee will benefit from having a vetted mentor to call on, fostering the safe spaces our young people need to ensure physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
